Device search and identification service

This page can be used to help identify a touch device. Firstly you may be able to identify the device from the monitor or system in use. If this does not help and you have a USB device you can search our USB touch device database to see if it listed. Failing that you can enter details to ask for assistance in identifying the device.
Monitor or system lookup
If you have a touch device - say a monitor or all-in-one computer - it may not be apparent which touch controller hardware the product uses. Use the search fields below to check if we have the product in our database. You can then see the controller information associated with the device . If the controller is listed in blue, click on the link to request a trial driver download. If listed in red click on the link to send an email for further assistance.

USB touch device database
If you cannot find your product using the device search above and it's a USB touch device, you can search for the device by specifying the Vendor and Product ID below. For help on identifying the VID and PID of a USB device please see here: for Windows, Mac or Linux device identifier procedures. If found the device name may differ from the anticipated name as some devices may be supplied under different names. Click on controllers listed in blue to download a trial driver or in grey to request a trial driver be emailed and in red for further assistance.
